The second Flaxmill Friday at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings!
After the roaring success of the first Flaxmill Friday we look forward to supporting Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings with their second public Late Night Opening; we’ll be open until 9pm on Friday 9th at Turned Wood Cafe with a special evening menu and a full drinks menu including alcoholic beverages.
We’ll be joined by Howlin’ Mat performing live music from 7pm (times are subject to change) for all customers to enjoy whilst they sit back and relax.
This is not a ticketed event, nor do we take table reservations. All are welcome; first come, first served (to remain fair to all!)

Blues nomad, Howlin Mat’ will be bringing his well-acclaimed touring music to Turned Wood Café. A virtuoso on the blues guitar, particularly known for his slide guitar skills, Howlin Mat has been praised by John Paul Jones of Led Zeppellin fame and Mud Morganfield.
